PRG is seeking a talented, experienced, and driven Business Development Coordinator to join our team to assist with Sales and Marketing within the Western Region (CA, NV, NM, OR, CO).
Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities
Generate leads in sales
Nurture and create opportunities in target markets
Attend trade shows and conventions as needed
Continually monitor and track sales performance
Provide input into the distinct sales process for the territory
Initiate marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
Travel may be up to 50%

Preferred college degree in Business, Marketing, or other related fields
Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in business development
Assisting with social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram

The candidate must be well-organized, proactive, resourceful, flexible, able to communicate with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and perform with high professionalism.
Computer proficiency and Microsoft tools to create, manage, and present data and reporting to various stakeholders and management.
Strong communication skills and ability to adjust delivery to your audience verbally and in writing
Willingness to use your vehicle in the field (mileage reimbursement at the standard federal rate)
Must be able to walk extensively, sit, stand, and climb stairs throughout the day
