The Senior Director, Revenue Assurance is responsible for planning and leading efforts related to maximizing revenue opportunities. As part of the role this individual is responsible for collaborating in the identification of leakage across the enterprise and coordinating with cross functional teams to drive incremental revenue and profits. Additionally, this role will support the management and development of the team, and oversee the daily operations of the Revenue Assurance department.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES •Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience •Lead a team of about 3 professional staff of various levels of experience and support the management of the daily operations of the entire Revenue Assurance team •Lead the process of identifying, prioritizing and communicating business risks and opportunities •Collaborate, go beyond the identification process and provides support during the root cause analysis resolution and improvement realization •Keep on top of industry trends with revenue assurance and ensure we adopt best practices •Develop and implement revenue assurance applications, maintains databases, drive continuous improvements in processes (alarm based) to cover largest business risks •Builds business plans, creates presentations and presents business findings to Senior Leadership team •Support internal clients, including: oMarketing oAccounting/Programming oRetention/Store oBusiness Intelligence oBilling Operations •Serves as the local expert for revenue data, research questions for management and conduct investigation •Complete ad hoc requests as necessary
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge •Senior level revenue assurance, financial analysis experience is preferable •Very strong interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated history of engaging with senior leadership in both the business operations and Finance •Self-starter, highly motivated, detailed oriented and relentless in the pursuit of process improvement •Proven ability to build strong relationships while being viewed as a trusted and fair source of analytics and support •Excellent planning and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a high-paced / performance driven environment •Knowledge of networks and information technology an asset •Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment •Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines with accurate and detailed results •Knowledge of cable television products and services •Knowledge of cable billing systems

Education •Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance or related field. •Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
